I have had to return this product because there was a defect in it. I have had to call three times for a pickup by FedEX. It was finally picked up Feb.9th and I am hoping I will be sent a replacement without being charged a restocking fee. I recently received my tub grab bar. It is absolutely perfect to meet my needs. I was extremely pleased with ease of use, design and simple installation. I could not have found anything better including the cost. My bathroom is small and the grab bar doesn't use much space at all.

Got this in 4 days. Very heavy duty. 2 minutes to install. Locks with no wiggle on tub. Makes it easy to step over tub/shower with bad hip. Worth every penny. Costs twice as much at local medical store. Highly recommended.Customer Review: A life-saver!
