Customer Review: Not as sharp as before?

Got these 3 packs of Merkur razor blades from DERazorblades. The Merkur blades I've had before were very sharp. These were surprisingly dull, even from the first use. Maybe they were old, or knock-offs. I emailed the vendor but never got a reply back, called the customer service number, but all you get is an answering machine with somebody's name. Amazon's great customer service did give me a refund.Customer Review: Best double edge blade - period!

I only use a double edge blade razor, a Merkur long handle for home and an Edwin Jagger for travel. The only blade I use is the Merkur double edge. In my opinion, there is no better double edge blade on the planet. They beat those multi-blade razors hands down, providing a closer shave and much longer lasting blades.Customer Review: Adequate and meets the need

The Merkur razors are good especially since there are few suppliers who sell double-edged razor blades these days. The razors are partculary good for people with sensitive skin who shave on a daily basis.

I purchased the 3 pack of Merkur D.E. razor blades and These blades work phenomenally! I Have friends that change their blades out after 2 weeks but mine seem to stay sharp for more than a month and a half of (almost) shaving everyday. I have been using the Merkur blades in my Merkur H.D. razor and I won't switch.Customer Review: expensive blade but good product

These blades are more expensive on the whole than some of the others like derby or sharp but with my thick beard they really don't do any better shaving than the others. I use an expensive Mekur razor but, again, these baldes aren't any better than some of the other blades but do tend to cost more.
