I have owed and used this stethoscope daily for 8 years. I practice peds and adult emergency medicine - and often have the need to hear different sized chests quickly. This stethoscope allows you to switch from peds to adult. The sound is excellent. I'm looking purchasing a second as backup.Customer Review: Great item!

My son is a Registered Respiratory Therapist primarily working with children, but occasionally adults. This Lippman Stethoscope will accomodate both ages and will be of great help in his work. The Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope is excellent in all ways: comfortable earpieces, clear adjustable acoustics & relatively light-weight; I've used others, but I return to the Cardio 3 for overall performance as well as the good support provided by Littmann for repairs & service.Customer Review: Great Stethoscope

Littman is the best Stethoscope you can find. A bit price, but worth the money.
I've had a Classic II and changed to this one recently. This one seems to have a better build quality, though I didn't notice that many differences in the sound quality between them.

Im very happy with this new stethoscope. The sounds is much better than my old classic Litmann stethoscope.
I ordered 28 dec 2007 and the product was shipped the 2 of january. In the expected date was 15-30 january. I got mine the 24th! So good in time
