I shopped for a walker for my 88 year old mother in several different places. She wanted to replace the aluminum frame one she got from Medicare which jusyt had two little cheesy wheels on the front, and which was very difficult to use outside on sidewalks, etc. She also wanted a basket. The stores were going to charge $60 for bigger wheels, and another $60 for a basket. The walkers in the stores were at least $200, some up to $400.
I looked online at Amazon and finally found this one. I was a little hesitant because of the low price that it would be a piece of junk. But, I received it within 5 days, it was easy to put together, it adjusts to my mother's tiny frame, and she really, really likes it. It folds fairly easily and fits in a back seat or trunk of my Toyota sedan. It has a handy little basket under the seat. It has hand brakes, which she had to get used to, but the breaks also lock and unlock easily for support when she's standing or if she wants to rest for a while on the seat.
This walker was definitely a bargain, and very high quality. It pays to shop around, and with postage included, this was only $90.00, a little more than I would have paid for two new wheels on her old one.

Arrived promptly, although based on packaging (ripped plastic, cut plastic ties in bottom of box), am wondering if it was a return. The right brake was too tight, could not release it. After tweaking with a screw, was able to loosen sufficiently to use the walker. My 90-year-old mother has been using it for a few weeks, and the brake still seems to be something of an issue. Also, the wheelie is really hard to roll on a gravel driveway - we bought this as a replacement and our original wheelie had more tire-like wheels and worked significantly better. Finally, the seat cover material is pretty cheap - looks like it would could rip or slice pretty easily. The seat on her other was harder plastic, more durable (albeit less comfortable). All that said, my mom's happy with it, loves the color. The seat is a bit too high for her (and not adjustable) to sit on, but she likes that she can more easily carry items from the kitchen to the table, doesn't have to reach down as far. So six of one, ...Overall, for the price - it was half of what some other products were - I'd say a reasonable purchase. We kept it, but would likely not buy one a second time.Customer Review: This is a Super Walker

My sister just put this Walker together for me. It only took her less than 15 minutes and no problems at all. It came in a bright burgundy finish and looked great.The wheels where 6 " and larger than the walker I was released from the Hospital with. I suffered from a massive stroke and upon recovery came down with Parkinson Disease. I am just 64 now and this rollater has given me the ability to still live a productive life. The basket was well built and a needed item. It sits under the seat. When the seat is lifted you can place a bag of groceries in it, from the Market. It can be put in an auto to take it with me, now I use a wheel chair which can be a burden to those taking me somewhere. I have ordered a cup holder, and a light and a bag that I can put personal items in . We got this for my mother, who's 84 and has been using a regular metal walker for the past several years. My sister sent my mom the money to buy it as a Christmas present. My mom was reluctant to use it when we first got it and put it together. However, she has since used it regularly around the house and absolutely loves it. She says it is much steadier than her other walker, which makes her feel safer and less worried about falling. She loves the fact that she can carry things in the basket and can sit down and rest on it if she needs to. (Note: my mom is short - 5'2" - so her feet don't rest on the ground when she sits.) The only downside I see to this walker is transporting it: the basket must be removed before it can be folded up, and it's bulky to carry; in addition, it does not fit into the trunk of an average small car even when folded up and must be put into the back seat. However, since my mother is so much happier with this walker than her other one, that's not a big deal for any of us. Highly recommended for elderly and disabled folks.Customer Review: Life safer

I had been unable to walk outside due for a couple of years to knee and back problems. I was just looking online for anything that might help me walk. I checked out Amazon,saw the Four Wheel Walker ordered it and it was at my door just 24 hours after ordering it. I love my Four Wheeled Walker, the price was wonderful and I have been walking every day of the week. Every now and then I need to sit down on the seat and rest. It is sooo easy. The walker is sturdy as if I had paid a lot more for it. The price at $66.39, seemed like a steal to me. I have seen others advertised at grocery stores and they are always more expensive, but look cheap in comparison. I love my new Four Wheel Walker and it's also red, my favorite color. Thank you Amazon for the great buy's and keep up the good work.
