I must say I didn't buy this b/c I have anxiety or to sleep better; I bought this to curb my appetite. I'm a case of nature vs. nurture, and nurture usually wins. I eat when I'm not hungry (presumably to get a chemical fix), and I stay awake even when my body is aching to go to sleep. Did this magically fix me? No. I have noticed that I remember my dreams more often, and that some of them are pretty vivid--though not lucid--so it must be doing something to me.

I usually take 3 pills at night for this effect, and I can't say that I have trouble sleeping when I do. But I still eat like a maniac sometimes, so I don't know about the appetite suppression effects via serotonin fixes. I'm 5'11" and weigh 181 lbs, so it's not like I need to lose weight. Maybe my body is just fighting to bring my weight back up to what it usually is, 190 lbs.
