i would advise one to take it before sleeping; it certainly brightens next day. Everything seems more colorful, vivid. you would feel energetic almost.

However, i found this product to raise my heart rate up significantly after usage. perhaps 200mg is a bit too much; i would get palpitation and would feel uncomfortable due to chest pain also.

Proceed to use with caution.
