I had been using the Med Sun 4 dose a day organizer and it is really great but when one pill changed to a larger version and no longer fit. I had to try out some alternatives. This is not the handiest set to fill however I do love the fact that the compartments are REALLY deep and the compartments STAY closed.
If you take a lot of meds/supplements and are on the go, this set is perfect.

Although there is a lot of room for many pills, I do not recommend this if you plan to use it for that purpose. (Please see my other review for one I do recommend for many pills. It is called the MED SUN 7 DAY large pill organizer. I have owned and used both and so far the MED SUN 7 is the best pill organizer I have been able to find.)
The reason I do not recommend this is because the square design and individual snap-on lids make it very time consuming to get all the pills in there. It is also not very easy to snap the lids on and off. It would probably be very hard for an elderly person suffering from tremors or arthritis. In addition, one of the plastic snap on lids broke after 2 weeks of use.

I can finally place my prescription tablets and my supplements together in this well-constructed organizer due to its four large compartments for each day. I can take the day's supply in my purse and be confident the pills will be secure since the lid stays tightly shut. The different color for each day helps me know what day to grab on those mornings when I am not quite awake!Customer Review: Excellent pill case. Just what I wanted. Plenty of room.

Like others, I take a lot of pills. Some are prescription and some are different vitamins. This is the only pill organizer I have found that holds ALL of my pills. I take about 4 very large pills in the morning plus other various size pills. I use to have to have two pill organizers to hold all of my morning meds but not now. I have Parkinson's and must take pills 3 times a day so the different compartments really are a blessing. I love the bedtime compartment too! It is easy to open the different compartments, is easy to fill and best of all it doesn't take a lot of space on my bathroom counter.
