If all you need is some compartments to put pills in and it's not a big deal if they are closed from the air or remain organized, this will work fine The individual "days" dont just come out of the overall organizer--they fall out. I had to use poster putty to keep mine in. The actual plastic is very flimsy and the doors on the compartments just barely stay closed. It's functional, but just by a margin. It's something that if I purchased at a dollar store (for a dollar) I'd be pleased with the purchase. Not worth $5 though, even with free shipping.
