I bought these because of all the good reviews, and it seemed like a good value compared to the major brands. When I received mine, the whitener was hardened it the tube. The instructions said this could happen over time and I could add some water and it should soften the substance some. I tried it, but had to apply several times before I could get it soft enough I could actually get it from the tube. I understand it may harden over time, but I dont feel it should be that way right out of the box when you first get them...and from the other reviews I have read, mine must have been MUCH thicker than most on here...I could barely squeeze it from the tube...even after adding the water. From the other reviews I have read, I can only assume I must have gotten an old batch.
