I've been suffering from digestive problems for two years after having experienced a severe stomach infection one year then C. Diff the next. I had come to the end of my rope as far as hoping for being at peace with my life and digestive ups and downs. Recently, I saw this product on sale and decided to give it a try.
This product has worked wonders for me so far. I have only been on it for a week, but noticed results after my first day. I felt symptoms of a yeast infection, which have been more common for me after taking antibiotics for 3 months after my bout with C.Diff. I started Accu-flora. After my very first day, my yeast infection symptoms started to go away as well as the gas and minor nausea that have become a part of my life!
In addition, my C.Diff infection that had recurred two times already, has not showed up and its been a week since I have been off antibiotics. The infection usually only took 3-4 days to come back. I do take S. Boulardii along with Accuflora so in combination, I am very optimistic with the results.
Another event that happened, was I accidentally drank bad milk. Although I felt bad for about half an hour, I was fine thereafter. I allot the immunity boost to this probiotic because I was hardly this resilient to bad bugs before. Before, I would get sick by leftovers, even when others who've eaten what I had did not.
I am so excited to have found this product, it has brought a lot of comfort with my IBS and I will definitely continue to use it. For the product being as inexpensive as it is, the value is unmatched!

I have suffered from digestive issues since childhood. After recognizing an intolerance to lactose and soy, and eliminating them from my diet, my health issues improved... for a while. I have had irregular movements since I can remember, and though this issue improves greatly after a colon cleanse, it relapses after a few months. Many years ago I consulted a Naturopathic Medical Practioner who recommended I take a pro-biotic. I forgot about this advice until recently, when I had become fed-up with constipation.
AccuFlora is an inexpensive savior for those of us with digestive issues. Since taking it every day, I have noticed a marked improvement in my overall well-being - from a complete lack of gas (and gas-pain) to regular movements to heightened immunity to common illnesses (I seem to be avoiding office colds and coughs..!). I indulge in a little dairy at the holidays (cheese is my weakness and I'll also allow myself to eat small amounts of dishes with butter or milk as an ingredient) and usually I suffer heavily from my 'holiday eating' choices... This year has been different! It only took me a couple of days, as opposed to a week or two to get back on track. I definitely recommend the use of pro-biotics - death is said to begin in the colon, and I intend to keep mine as healthy and functioning as possible with the use of products such as this one.

If you have routine digestive problems, this can change your life. Digestive problems are not relegated to just internal problems. If you suffer from oily skin and uneven complexion, for example, you may be suffering from digestive problems (or at least more than you think).
These are bacteria and the types of bacteria in this bottle not only helps to digest your intake, but they also helps to break down the toxins in the food. If you eat a lot of greasy food for example, these will help to break down the grease (not all of it). You will find yourself suffering less from the bloated feeling.
These pills are also cheaper than many of its leading competitors while containing similar or same germs. So I find these to be a compelling buy.
The instruction says take two a day but I think that should be the MAXIMUM. I highly suggest taking only one per every two days. Mind you these are GERMS, and you do NOT want too much of it or your body will be prone to infections and you may even end up smelling worse than usual. I have found none of these symptoms by taking only one pill every 2 days. Also, if you have deficient immune system or are in advanced age, I suggest you talk to your doctor or take one pill every three days instead.
Also, when swallowing the pill, try not to leave these in your mouth for any length of time and drink plenty of water.
You have digest problems or related issues, these are definitely worth a try and it might even change the quality of your life. Just don't take too many (overdose can be dangerous).

I had my gallbladder out about 8 years ago and my digestive health continued to go downhill after it was out. To give you an idea, every time I put the footstool down on my recliner one of my cats runs to the bathroom because that must be where I'm going. I spent a lot of time in there. I was buying Imodium in bulk. Ham and other pork products started making me throw up. I was miserable.
One week where I spent most of the time in the bathroom, my sister suggested I take acidophilus or eat some yogurt. I'm not a big yogurt fan and refrigeration of pills means out of sight, out of mind. So when I saw this stuff, I decided it was worth a try.
The day it showed up, I had already taken the maximum 3 Imodium and was still having problems. So I took two pills as soon as I got the package open and 2 every night after that.
3 days after I started it, my bowel movements were normal. (I only knew that was normal because I'd seen it on the Dr. Oz show one day. Apparently I'd never had a normal bowel movement before that!)
I still have to take the occasional Imodium, but I think that's just life.
Now if I can just get the cat to stop running for the bathroom every time I get up, all traces of my former problems will be gone!
If you're suffering from digestive problems this is definitely something you need to try.

I originally bought these to keep me from getting sick during travel from South America. But they helped me tremendously with my numerous digestive problems. I stopped having to take any lactose intolerance supplements. With Accuflora most/all of my lactose intolerance side affects disappeared. Even without milk products I had upset stomach and it's side effects constantly. I would go through bottles of PeptoBismol and Pepcid like crazy, taking it every day almost.
I have lost about 15 pounds since getting on these. I did not know previously that they were supposed to help that and was not doing anything different other than take this.
I was visiting family recently and ran out of this brand. I bought a different brand (Phillips Colon Health) for 14$ (only a 30 day supply) at Walmart and it didn't work near as well Accuflora did. Even though Phillips has a larger number of bacteria. Accuflora has more different KINDS of bacteria.
I am 37 and have had digestive issues for 23 years. I sooo wish I had known about these all those years.
BTW, I didn't have any stomach problems or 'travelers trot' while in the Amazon forest, for the 2 weeks I was there either.
