I've been taking accuFlora for over 1 month now. I dont have a particularly bad diet, but do suffer from ibs and bouts of gassy bloat. While taking this product I have not had any severe issues, consistent BM's and very rarely a gassy day. I'm convinced it has helped, so much so that I've recommended it to my friends and family (although every one is skeptical!) and I've even decided to start my children on a probiotic regimen (of another brand).
I highly recommend at least trying this for a full month, it does work!

I have blood sugar problems (Hypoglycemia) & with this disease come constant yeast (vaginal) infections. However, since I discovered this product I have NOT had another infection to date. The same can be said for this products benefits for fighting sinus & upper respiratory infections; I no longer have these either. I pray this product continues to be available indefinitely, as it is the best product I've ever found that can help keep your body's immune system in check. I think of it as nature's antibiotic. I was familiar with this product before I purchased it from Amazon, so I'm not sure if my review will be that helpful. However, the product seemed to be well represented, and the price was reasonable. It's always nice to have a photo of the product, which this did. Amazon was very prompt with the delivery, and it was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Purchased this product for my wife who has problems being "regular" whenever we travel. Took an 8 day bus tour to Mexico's Copper Canyon. Usually she'd start to have discomfort after the second day. This time, she had no problems throughout the trip. First time in 35 years of marriage that she was comfortable during our travels. Other products produced their own problems, sometimes creating worse conditions, going the other way. That has me concerned somewhat as what I had been taking, Now Gr8-Dophilus shows 4 billion.
This suggests that Accuflora is only 1/8 as strong.
Anyone else taking please compare it to specific other pro-biotics.
This one is cheap when buying in bulk. It just appears to be weaker than many others from a quick glance at the package.
Picked up a small 30 count box onsale at Walgreens for $3.99+ tax yesterday.
