I wish I had found this product years ago. It is much more effective than similar products bought at local pharmacies and health food stores. I have a history of chronic constipation of which irritating chemical laxatives and stool softeners had been prescribed, i eventually began to build a tolerance to them and everything else out there. I do believe probiotic supplements are a must. This keeps your system flowing and helps with bloating after eating certain foods. It is great for people that suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. I have used this product for several months. I suffered from bloating, gas, and other 'icky' symptoms. By taking these caplets each day I have seen noticable improvement. I have tried other probiotics and I like this one the best. It does what it is supposed to do, which is keeping your colon functioning like it should. Two tablets before bedtime when you are experiencing troublesome flatulus(gas) usually results in relief the next morning.
