Customer Review: RID OF LACTOSE INTOLERANCE AT LAST!!

I've had lactose intolerance for as long as I can remember. The toughest to digest for me was cheese. Milk and cream came a close second. Yoghurt was OK.
I avoided all dairy products as much as I could, and began using Lactaid (a Lactase supplement). This helped a bit, but I had to take several pills depending upon the amount of dairy I consumed at that time. Even then, the pills weren't as effective as the claims made.
All of that is history, for I've finally conquered lactose intolerance with the Swanson Acidophilus capsules! I take at least two everyday, and when I add dairy to my meal, I take as many as six pills (3 before, 3 after) and I have no problems whatsoever! Probiotics can be consumed without guilt, as they aid the body's own defenses.
