Customer Reviews of Adagio Marketing ShowerTek WV2 The Original Fog Free Shower MirrorCustomer Review: Disappointing Summary: 1 Stars I ordered this as a replacement for the more expensive model which was out of stock. I should have waited for the more expensive model. I installed the cheapo model WV2 yesterday and.. One valve can only be turned with pliers and the other valve turns easily, but the flow of water is unchanged. The arm is too short. It is impossible for me to get the mirror in the right position. As advertised, the mirror does not fog but you waste too much water in the process. I called the showerTec 800 number for help this morning, but alas no returned my call.
Customer Review: Love this mirror Summary: 5 StarsThis mirror uses water from the shower to keep it hot and fogless. Easy to install and works as advertised. The mirror is made from white plastic, so it's kind of cheesy looking, but who's going to notice that?
Customer Review: It works! Summary: 4 StarsI bought this product for my boyfriend. He wanted a fogless mirror to shave with in the shower. I read lots of different reviews and picked this one based on its good reviews. I think my boyfriend is very happy with it. It does not fog up, and he comes out of the shower with a great shave all the time.
I think the only small issues with it are that you do need to turn it on before you turn the shower on to allow waterflow to the mirror. Make sure you turn it off once you turn the shower off if you are not going to use it again. You cannot turn it on and off while the shower is running because of all of the waterpressure. Although I haven't noticed a difference in waterpressure when the mirror is recieving waterflow.
Also its not that long. My boyfriend is very tall and with the mirror attached to the top of the shower head, the "shaft" of the mirror is not very long. I am not tall enough and unfortunately I cannot use the mirror. Something to consider if you are a shorter person when purchasing this product, or if your showerhead is set higher in your shower.
Customer Review: ShowerTek Fog Free Mirror Summary: 5 StarsThis is the second one I have bought. The first one lasted years but got a crack in the mirror and we wanted it replaced. All the stores had to offer was a mirror that stuck to the wall but this one is the ONLY one I've found that is Fog Free. I am very happy with this mirror and have not found anything that is equal or better. I always shave when I'm in the shower and this one never gets Fogged up. I never have to wipe steam off of it or put soap on it to prevent fogging. I went out of my way to find it and I highly recommend it.
Customer Review: I LOVE this thing! Summary: 5 StarsI've had one of these things for many years, and have really come to love it - and, when I'm away from home I really MISS it! It really helps speed up the morning experience, doesn't leave a mess in the sink, and most of all, it works GREAT! The only reason why I had to replace it recently was that I had to remove and replace it as I'd installed a new shower fixture, I overtightened the ShowerTek and fractured it - my fault. It doesn't look very fancy and I once tried out ShowerTek's fancier-looking chrome one, but it doesn't work worth a crap! It doesn't use the same concept of running hot water through the mirror and out a drain hole and works about as well as the mirrors that have a so-called fog-free coating on them - they typically stay fog-free for about one day. I should stock up on these things before they get too scarce!
