The product worked just as expected other than one huge problem. It's design is complete junk. My wife was cleaning the shower one day and knocked the mirror off where the bendable arm attaches to the valves. Since that day I have not been able to use it and that has been 3 to 4 months ago. I can't get it back together no matter how hard I try and I am a fairly strong guy. It's suppose to be able to snap right back together but I have spent hours on it and have had no luck.Customer Review: fog free shaving in the shower

I bought this to replace the identical mirror I had been using every day for about 15 years before it finally gave out. It is totally fog free. The only thing different from the first mirror is the articulating arm does not support the mirror as well as the mirror it replaced. It droops a bit, but that may be due to the fact that the five bladed razor I am hanging on it is heavier now than the older razors. Otherwise I am very happy with the product.Customer Review: works but poor design and quality

this is my third Showertek. I have tried the fog-free mirrors with coatings but, the Showertek's water-on-the-back-mirror is the only one that works.
However, the Showertek's water valve leaks and goose-neck looses strength and with my hard water affects the mirror's reflective coating. So I end up getting a new unit every three years
So go for the lowest price you can find since this is not a long lived product in hard water.

I bought two of these mirrors - one for each bathroom. While installing the first one the mirror broke in my husband's hands (the wand broke off the mount and could not be re-attached). The second one went on fine, but the workmanship definitely isn't of the highest quality. However, becaise of the price (this costs about a quarter of the Sharper Image version) I would buy a replacement one for my second bathroom. It does actualy remain fog free!Customer Review: Works good for a while.

Mine worked well for a few months, then started leaking very badly, and then stopped working. I thought it was very shoddy workmanship and design, TBH. I tried a radio/fogless mirror combination and it was even worse, lasting only a few weeks before it was no long fogless, and wasn't usable. I might try another one of these that hook to the showerhead, hoping I can get one that "last years" like some of the other reviewers have maintained.
