I've been using this for over a year now and love it. I bought the extension kit so I have more flexibilty adjusting the height. The mirror NEVER fogs up on me...simply because of its design (using the same water your showering with). I can't recommend this product enough and its the absolute best shave ever! No more residue that stays on your skin drying and chaffing it. The best way to shave...by far. My search for the best shave ended when I bought this mirror and used Neutrogena Men Razor Defense Shave Gel ..which is another product that is fantastic.Customer Review: No fog, but have other problems

The Shower Tek mirror accomplishes its main mission: A fog-free mirror for the shower. However, this mirror has design and quality issues.
The shutoff valves that turn water on and off to the main shower head and the mirror and both very hard to turn and they leak through the top.
The articulating arm does not stay in place, as it seems the mirror is too heavy and pulls itself down until it stops on something like the shower caddy.
The unit also leaks at the threaded connection between itself and my shower. I followed the directions and used Teflon tape.
The valve handle on the mirror shutoff valve popped out the second time I tried to turn it, spraying water everywhere and putting a quick end to my shower. It took a pair of Channel-Lock type pliers to squeeze the valve handle back in to the body. The design of these valves make them very inexpensive to manufacture, but also very difficult to operate because the handle is an interference fit with the body and snaps in place and is not retained with any fasteners. I only know all of this because I have had to fix the valves several times.
I am still using the unit, but the overall quality is disappointing. The plastic is hard and the construction quality is poor, showing seam gaps and overall poor workmanship.
I tried to make contact with the manufacturer before posting on these issues but my e-mail went unanswered.

Product works great, and a good deal compared to $100-options at Brookstone, etc. Product is sold by Amazon, but fulfilled by a partner firm. Received too many emails on the status, and my request to have the product shipped to an alternate location from billing was not honored -- so it sat on my front steps for two weeks while on vacation.
