I'm 40 something, female, and have found that carbs aren't agreeing with me like they once did. Thus, I'm kickstarting my metabolism using the Atkins approach. This is totally new to me. Lets face it, anything that's skimming on sugar can't be good, right? Well...yahoo, these Dark Chocolate Royale shakes are excellent! I just bought this product over the weekend at Walmart. I thought I'd better do a pre-trial run of this product before I launched into buying a larger quantity. This morning, I decided to give it a whirl. First I tried it plain. "Mmmm, good," I thought. And, then I added 2 TBSP of flaxseed to give myself a boost of fiber and I was surprised it didn't affect the flavor of the shake. So, I'm a new fan of this product and plan to buy more.
