Having a toddler, who is around germs pretty often at her church preschool, I have been catching her colds several times throughout the year. I start taking the Airborne as soon as I get a sore throat or body aches and it has NEVER developed into a full-blown cold. I have to admit I'm not too pleased with the taste, although I have found that adding a few ice cubes to the drink (once it's dissolved) helps a bunch. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants to get over a cold faster or someone who just wants to prevent themselves from getting sick. It's much cheaper than the immune boosting pills they've come out with--and works just as well!
