Hate to burst anyone's bubble, but here's my story, and I'm sticking to it. My husband, who rarely gets anything, had a bad cold last week. After hearing raves about Airborne, I went out and bought the stuff "just in case." I'm a health nut, exerciser, rarely-get-sick person, too. About a week into my husband's cold, I did start to feel the tiniest scratchiness in my throat. So I immediately started the regime and followed it exactly. Results two days later? I can't even talk, I have such a bad cold! The science behind colds is that we get fewer colds as we get older. That's because we've already been exposed to so many cold viruses as children and young people. Our immune systems "remember" the viruses and knock them out with effective antibodies. So if you don't get someone else's cold, it's probably caused a cold virus is structurally identical or similar to the one the other person has. Your immune system recognized it and fired off effective antibodies. Airborne didn't prevent it, your immune system did. You weren't going to get that cold anyway! Now don't everybody go getting mad at me. I find that "true believers" get outraged when people don't tout the party line. Airborne needs to run clinical studies at least as rigorous as well-established cold studies. Go ahead use it; but meanwhile what I need right now is a cup of hot tea. Take one tablet every three hours as soon as you start to feel ill. Put the tablet into a little mug of water, let the tablet dissolved and then drink. The liquid will taste something like lemonade... it's not bad at all.
Twice this year I have used this product to ward off a bug and it absolutely works -- and works quickly! Usually by day two is when I feel perfectly normal and healthy.
And stock up because it sells out quickly in the store!

I was pretty skeptical about this product at first - but after trying it I discovered it actually works! You will need to take it when you first feel symptoms of a cold, and you may need to repeat a couple of times. I love this product! I honestly believe that it's helped me fight off several colds. As soon as you feel that scratchy throat, itchy eyes, or sniffly nose...you just plop one tablet into a cup of water, let fizz for a minute, then drink. Repeat every three hours or so until the symptoms go away. It tastes pretty good too; something like a lemon-lime selzer. I like this flavor better than the original orange, but that one is pretty good too. And I swear, the stuff works! I also really like Zicam, but prefer this effervescent formula over Zicam's nasal gel. Try this, and see why stores can't keep it on the shelves!

I can't believe some weird mix of herbal stuff and vitamins and can really fight off your cold so fast, but it does. It's really amazing. Take advantage of free shipping on orders over $25 and stock up because each tube has about 10 tablets and you are supposed to take one every three hours - so you will go through one of these pretty fast if you have to take it for a day or two. This stuff works miracles. And this is the flavor to get - tasty.
