As with most over-the-counter vitamins and remedies, Airborne is not "all things to all people." Personally, I have had excellent results with it. If taken at the very first sign of a cold it either arrests the cold or mitigates the symtoms. The naysayers, including scientific medical journals, can have their say. Airborne may not work for everyone but it works well for me and my family.

I have been using Airborne now for 2 years and it really works, I usually take it when someone at work has a cold, or when I am feeling like if a cold is coming... Best way to use it is the day you feel you have a cold, take 1 every 3 hours that day and I guarantee, GUARANTEE that you will NOT have a cold the next day. I take it with hot water, i just think it absorbs it better that way.Customer Review: Airborne is great!

We have been using airborne now for several years. At the first sign of a cold we take a tablet and it seems to work by reducing the duration of the cold. However, if we take it too late then it doesn't seem to help much. The orange flavor airborne reminds me of Tang. Many people at work also use airborne. Amazon price was great. My husband & I just returned from a month of travel through China. Almost everyone in our group developed colds during that time; however, we did not. We were religious about taking the Airborne prior to boarding planes or to going to any group function, such as performances, etc. We definitely would not consider being in a crowded situation without first taking Airborne.Customer Review: Only medicine that works fast.

Airborne original is truly the only medicine that ever worked right away for me. Just in about 1 hour I felt significantly better, and the 2nd tablet discarded all of the symptoms (cough, throat ache, sneezing). Of course Airborne did not cure my cold on its own, but it boosted my immune system, and I was able to recover much faster than with Dayquil, honey & tea altogether.
