I've seen a few posts that wonder about the true medical powers of Airborne. All I can say, it works for me. There have been several times when I've felt run down, or that wierd, I can feel a cold coming on in the back of my throat feeling. I've taken a few Airborne over the day, though, and I don't get sick.
A few people have mentioned the taste, I think it tastes fine, kind of like Tang mixed with alka Seltzer maybe?
Bottom line, what have you got to lose? Compared to a lot of other things out there, all of the ingredients seem relatively safe for the small doses you're taken here, so why not try it?

I started using Airborne about 2 years ago and I have not been sick since.
As soon as I begin feeling a sore throat or any cold-accompanying symptom coming on, I take an airborne to boost my system's natural defenses.
I am a firm believer in the power of this product. I barely even remember what it feels like to be sick. This is something everyone can benefit from. I give it my highest recommendation.
This is actually a great price for Airborne. They sell in the drugstores for $7.99 each. If the price remains the same ($15.99 for 3), this is a great deal.

I got this because I'm going to be taking a plane trip soon AND everyone around me is getting sick. While I was recovering from a cold, I felt that I was starting to get ANOTHER one, so I started taking the Airborne immediately. It has staved off the advancement of the second cold and kept me reasonable well. I don't drink it every 3 hours because I don't feel *that* bad, plus that much vitamin C could be detrimental. It tastes pretty good- kinda like mild orange soda. Just make sure to let it dissolve completely before drinking. I love this product! I honestly believe that it's helped me fight off at least two colds this season. As soon as you feel that scratchy throat, itchy eyes, or sniffly nose...you just plop one tablet into a cup of water, let fizz for a minute, then drink. Repeat every three hours or so until the symptoms go away. It tastes pretty good too; something like an orange seltzer. And I swear, the stuff works! I also really like Zicam, but prefer this effervescent formula over Zicam's nasal gel. Try this, and see why stores can't keep it on the shelves!Customer Review: Wow! Herbal Power!

I was sitting in a meeting 2 days ago, with the sniffles - early warning of the onset of a cold. Fortunately, my Airborne order had recently moved through the Waiting List just to get the good tasting highly touted new Lemon-Lime miracle stuff. It lived up to the hype. The cold never took hold! Unlike that Other Plop-plop-fizz-fizz stuff, Airborne fights the cold - it's not just temporary relief of the symptoms.
