I'm a teacher myself, and I'm not a hocus-pocus guy, but this stuff has saved my butt from serious bugs many times. Some claim it does nothing, but I've had too many "saves" from oncoming colds, flu and bronchitis for it to be coincidence. I take a tablet everyday thru the cold and flu season. Regardless of whether I feel cold symptoms or not. I have not had one cold even though my children have had 6 !!! This product is loaded with great stuff that is good for you. I refuse to go thru winter without it.Customer Review: Tastes good!

Not sure if it works, but it can't hurt, right? The taste is actually not bad. Tastes like less sugary, watered down Sunkist, unlike Emergen-C which is sour is really nasty to me. I'd also recommend only taking this once a day, no use ODing on vitamins.Customer Review: Bargain

This stuff works well if you take 3-4 a day, plus lots of water. Also supplement them with Zince tabs...and take even a day or two after you feel better.
These things are like [...] for EACH tablet at the airport...so this is a steal!

I heard good things abt the product so when my husband got the flu I decided to try it. It elevated his blood pressure and caused him difficulty breathing. He is on the way to the ER. I advise to check with your Doctor before taking.
