Prelief is truly a lifesaver for people suffering from stomach or bladder pain. I know everyone's system is different, so all I can comment on is how has made my life a lot more manageable. I take it w/anything that might be acidic and it really helps to take the edge off. I hope they never stop making it and I've already ordered another (3) bottles. This stuff got me off of the expensive Prilosec which I was addicted to. It really works if you remember to take it before meals. I used to have serious reflux, but now it's pretty much gone! I took it before each meal and before bed for a few weeks and then cut down. Now I only need it for high acid meals like tomato sauce. Natural ingredients too. My husband cannot tolerate any acidic foods. This includes red sauces, any fruit juices or fruit, or even things like apple pie. If he takes Prelief before a meal he is completely fine. He has used medications like Zantac when he is in a pinch (Prelief is not available in any of our local stores and we need to order online), and they do not work nearly as well.Customer Review: enjoy a treat without the pain

I have been using this product for a couple of years. I really believe that it has saved me a lot of pain. If I have an occasional latte or soda I take 2 tablets and do not feel the burn. After a flare up has already started though, it does not do much good until the bladder has calmed down. My mother uses this to help take acid out of her food. According to her, she needs this to live - meaning to be able to eat anything or take other medicines that may have forms of acid in them. It forms a lining on your bladder and stomach and makes acid easier to digest and pass thru. She has IC disease and this is the only way she can get to eat.
