The alcohawk Precision Digital test unit is extremely repeatable (+/- 0.01% maximum) from what I can see from the first three (3) weeks of functional testing I've subjected it to.

I am not sure how accurate this unit is, but it does seem to detect low levels of alcohol. It is easy to use.
