It's simple, accurate and affordable. It's an elegant little device with a clear display that tells you exactly what you need to know. The only tricky part was taking it out for first use, where you have to "synchronize" it by following specific instructions for a few seconds. I love this little gadget! It is so useful to know exactly where your BAC is, especially before driving. My only knock on it is you have to wait 15 minutes after your last drink to use it or it reads high (which is in the instructions anyway). It is extremely accurate and I recommend it to anyone and everyone!Customer Review: disappointed

It failed to work just a week after receiving it--but it worked initially, and was small and easy to operate. The mouthpiece folds flat against the machine--but NOT with a cover on it, so you have to carry those separately, which is inconvenient. I could imagine this would be nice to check yourself before going into a vehicle or what not, but for my purposes of using this to test me and my friends' levels of sobriety, it's great. I bought this for my boyfriend for his 21st birthday. We use this thing all the time. It's good at just about any occassion. Someday it might seriously saves our lives. You have to remember to follow the instructions to get an accurate reading. I think everyone should have one of these.
