I have been using this product for over 1 year. My daughter has allergies and I was still using dreft which costs at least double what I paid for this. The product works great, no different then dreft and I enjoy the savings. I was also able to stock up during a sale and since the bottles are smaller , it is alot easier to store.
the only thing to be careful about is how much you use. After using regular detregent for years, now pouring 1/3 the amount , sometimes it is easy to forget and pour more. I'm always catching my husband pouring more then needed. If you just use thecap and remember you only need a small amount, it is fine.

When we bought a front-loading washing machine, we had to switch to an HE detergent. After reading Consumer Reports, I chose an HE detergent (not ALL) to try out. After using several bottles of that detergent, my allergy-prone daughter started breaking out in very itchy bumps all over her body. (I am sensitive to perfumes, so I had been double-rinsing every load to get the smell out.) I switched to ALL Free and Clear a few days ago. My daughter re-washed all of her bedding and clothes. The rash disappeared very quickly. And I don't have to smell any unwanted perfumes!!!Customer Review: Packaging problems fixed

I've seen a lot of messages here about bad shipping. I believe Amazon has changed their shipping policy since some of these comments. I just received my order (March 2010) and the "All" box was packaged nicely inside a larger Amazon box, and cushioned with plenty of paper. For those of you who left critical comments to that effect, consider yourselves effective as your message seems to have gotten through! [FWIW - I get the 2-day shipping, not sure if that makes a difference.]
Regarding the product itself -- goes without saying it's great.

The ONLY laundry detergent that doesn't irritate my famiy's skin, is All Free & Clear and when we bought a new front loader washing machine, we needed to use the HE (High Efficiency) laundry soap. It was impossible to find and to when I read a review from another Amazon customer mentioning that it was available at Amazon, I immediately ordered a case. It arrived in perfect condition, so Amazon must have listened to the few people who complained about the soap leaking due to loose caps. I am very happy and my family is much more comfortable!Customer Review: Great product, but shipping is an issue.

The product itself is great. The bottles are small, the detergent works well in my HE washer with very little sudsing, and it doesn't irritate sensitive skin. However, I found shipping to be an issue. One of the bottles was damaged and not fully closed when I received my shipment, and it leaked all over the box. The bottles themselves were not shrink-wrapped to prevent them from opening or leaking. They were packaged in a case box of nine, with some plastic pillow packaging around the case box in an exterior Amazon.com box.
