Amazon.com is the only place that I could find the All Free and Clear for HE washers. The stores in my area sold other All types for the HE washer but not the Free and Clear. My entire family has either allergies or sensitive skin so the Free and Clear is a must. The packaging wasn't the greatest-single box with nine bottles in it, one of which leaked. The lids need to be shrink wrapped or something to preventive product leakage. Overall the product itself is great.Customer Review: Great product shipped poorly

The product is all you would want in a fragrance free detergent that washes clothes like the best of them. However, like another reviewer wrote, Amazon must figure out a way to ship these bottles standing up. The outside carton showed signs of leakage. The inside carton was mostly soaked with detergent. It took 15 minutes to clean all of the bottles off in the bathtub. A simple instruction on the shipping carton to keep one side up, would solve the problem.Customer Review: Great product, not so good price

This is a great product for the whole family. We started using it because Dreft didn't make an HE version, and we needed something dye and perfume free for the new baby. We're still using it now that our baby has eczema. The Amazon price, however, is not worth it. Each of these bottles sells for $3.97 plus tax at Wal-Mart, and you don't have to store 9 bottles of it. BTW, Downy makes a fabric softener without dyes or perfumes, also in a white bottle.Customer Review: Good alternative to Dreft

I like this product. It is a good alternative to more expensive Dreft. No dyes, no perfumes, small convenient bottle.
Be aware that it is likely that one ore more bottles will leak. Like other reviewer said, some bottles are not closed tightly enough and leaks happen. In my shipment 1/2 of one of nine bottles leaked and created a lot of mess inside the box. On the bright side, Amazon was very easy to work with for a partial refund.

This is a great product. For a family of 6, a case of this (9 bottles) lasts 6 months. Surprisingly, this specific product (free & clear HE) is next to impossible to find locally so Amazon is our "go to".
Our most recent purchase of this product got lost in transit by UPS but Amazon quickly sent out a replacement shipment.
We are extremely pleased with the product and with Amazon.
