I did my Lasix Eye Surgery almost 4 years ago. It was the best money I ever spent on myself. I had worn glasses since 4th grade and did this at about age 56 or 57. Following the surgery, I needed sterile eye drops about every hour at work for awhile. This product worked wonderfully. Why?
It comes in small individual plastic vial thingies, with a couple of drops in each. Although the box says "single use containers," you can simply twist/pop of the vial cap, put a drop or two in each eye, pop the cap back on, and finish the vial later. That way, you don't waste it. (At least I have been doing this forever, with no problems. You are supposed to use it only once to avoid contamination. Unless your eyes are super sensitive, you can probably use the vial more than once. BTW, you are not supposed to touch your eye with the vial. You hold it above the eyeball, opur eye, and drop a drop in.)
The size of the vial opening seems perfect for dropping one or two drops into your eye. The product does not burn or irritate me, even with eye makeup on.
A box of 100 vials seems to last forever now (well, months anyway.) It is easy to put a bunch in a coin purse and pack them in your purse or makeup case or overnight bag and take them with you wherever you go.
If you are thinking of Lasix surgery, know that my need to use these all day long slowly decreased over the years. I still use them, but usually in the morning when I wake up and in bed at night. I usually have some in my work desk and in my car. If my eyes get tired, I reach for these to refresh them. They are great if your eyes get tired, or dried out from the winter heating system, or if you just cried at a sad movie, or if you have been walking around in the wind, or driving in the sun for awhile. You don't have to have Lasix Eye Surgery to benefit from eye drops.
