iv only used this for 3 days but one thing i know for sure, IT WORKS! i saw oil in the potty! like what you would see if you pored cooking oil on water. i had gastric surgery about 20 yrs ago and still am over weight. im taking in about 1300 to 2800 calories a day and still can't loose. I never received the item. I had to get a refund because the seller never responded to my inquiries. I have used Alli and it worked fairly well for a few months, but my system got used to it. I ordered it to see if an abstinence would allow my system to rebound. unfortunately, i'm still waiting to see.Customer Review: Great but time effective

I love Xenical/Alli, I got Xenical prescribed to me from my doctor and I've gone from 310 to 210 pounds. This is not a miracle drug as you can't eat whatever you want when using Xenical, if you do your either going to gain weight or have many many oily discharges. Whatever you do you should not fart while you are on xenical and eating fatty meals. If you do you will shoot oil out into your pants and can create quite a mess that reaks and can stain just about anything. Sometimes if you eat way more then what your supposed to you may end up having a leak even without farting, so beware of this happening. You'll eventually want to stop eating fatty foods on it just so you don't have oily discharges as much.

-Will soak up fat and keep your body from absorbing it
Cons
-Oily discharge means you have to clean your toilet very often
-YOu can't fart while on it, if you have to fart go straight to the bathroom
-Xenical loses its potency over time, in fact xenical has absolutely no effect on me anymore, so know that you have a limited time to enjoy the weight loss

I have used alli for about 3 months and I am kind of glad to be off of them right now because of the many bowel movements that it caused me to have, not to mention the treatment effects as well. I am over weight and I decided to make a complete life change. I enrolled in the gym and I started to see a dietitian. The weight began to come off, but I felt like I needed an extra boost. I did my research online and I spoke to my doctor about Alli, I was nervous because of one of the possible side effects is diarrhea, but that only happens when you eat food loaded with fat! I decided to give it a shot before Alli I was losing about 2-3lbs a week, but with Alli I am losing between 5-7lbs a week! I know it might not sound like alot, but the difference is really amazing for me! But people have to realize you have to take control dont expect to eat whatever you want and lose more weight just because you take Alli before your meal, its not like that the better you eat and the more you exercise the more Alli will help you! Trying to lose weight is a slow go, but when you change your entire lifestyle the rewards will last a lifetime.
