I've tried all kinds of diets and diet pills and exercise programs to lose the 40+ pounds I gained during college and afterward. Alli is better than any of those things, for so many reasons. First of all, the pills only work in your digestive system, so they don't make you hyper or jumpy or lightheaded...in fact, they don't make you feel anything unless you consume a meal with a high percentage of fat. In that case you'll have some unpleasant side effects, but it's a good reminder that your goal should be learning to eat properly. I've lost 28 pounds in nearly 6 months. I read an article that links Alli to
pre-cancerous lesions in the colons of mice.
According to Dr. Sidney M. Wolfe, director of Public
Citizen's Health Research Group, "while it is not
known whether these pre-cancerous lesions will lead to
colon cancer, he and other cancer experts do not
believe use of the weight-loss drug is a risk worth
taking." I agree! I would rather find other ways to
lose weight than risk my life taking Alli!

Alli has proven the answer to my dreams. I consistently and easily lost 10 lbs. per month for 6 months without even feeling like being on a diet. Then, it also helped me maintain during the winter, when I tend to eat a bit more recklessly.
Eat too much fat, and yes, you could be in for a surprise. But your tolerance builds over time (naturally, without reducing the fat absorbtion potential).
I've always wanted a silver bullet for weight loss. And here it is.

Good Product at great price. This is not to be used by someone in the initial stages or as your first try. Does not include the support material to get started which is VERY IMPORTANT. The only thing that would make it better is if the company would offer free shipping. Ships quickly.

If you follow the program and limit your daily calories, this product is great.
Some folks get nasty side effects all because they eat too much fat.
I lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks and never felt better! The key is: eat less fat and less sugar.
Meat, fruit, vegetables are wonderful plus water! Cheating every once in a while is just fine too!
