I've been using Alli now since the middle of November, and I've lost 12 pounds, on schedule with the promised 1-2 pounds of safe weight loss per week. They have a very robust online support site for people who purchase the pills and it provides useful tracking of weight loss and encouragement in more ways than I can use. The treatment effects that you read about are what keeps people honest with Alli and essentially make it work -- if you eat too much fat at one sitting, you'll be visiting the bathroom quite frequently. You learn quick. I made it through the holidays with continued weight loss, which I view as an amazing feat. I have 13 more pounds to lose on my plan and I'll weigh what I did before I had my two kids. Easy to use, promotes healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes, and self-critiquing when you stray from the plan. I am over weight and I decided to make a complete life change. I enrolled in the gym and I started to see a dietitian. The weight began to come off, but I felt like I needed an extra boost. I did my research online and I spoke to my doctor about Alli, I was nervous because of one of the possible side effects is diarrhea, but that only happens when you eat food loaded with fat! I decided to give it a shot before Alli I was losing about 2-3lbs a week, but with Alli I am losing between 5-7lbs a week! I know it might not sound like alot, but the difference is really amazing for me! But people have to realize you have to take control dont expect to eat whatever you want and lose more weight just because you take Alli before your meal, its not like that the better you eat and the more you exercise the more Alli will help you! I'VE TAKEN ALLI FOR SOME TIME NOW & IT WORKS REALLY WELL HOWEVER, WHEN I RECEIVED THIS REFILL PACK FROM AMAZON.COM IT'S HARD TO SAY BUT IT WAS A FAKE!! THE PILLS LOOKED LIKE ALLI BUT THEY WERE NOT THE REAL ALLI.BECAUSE I HAVE TAKEN ALLI & BECAUSE IT HAS WORKED SO WELL I ORDERED THE REFILL FROM AMAZON BECAUSE OF THE LOW PRICE, A GREAT PRICE ACTUALLY BUT THEY DIDN'T WORK IT WAS LIKE I'D STOPPED DIETING. I've been struggling to lose 7 pounds for the past two years. I talked to my doctor and he recommended trying Alli to help me lose the weight.
Unless I eat a high fat meal, I do not get any of the side effects. When I do eat a high fat meal, I do get all of the side effects. The oily spots in the bowel movement are orange or brown and they smell terrible...like nothing I have ever smelled before and the smell lingers in the bathroom for hours! My sister started using this product as well and she said the same thing.
Becareful about farting when using this product because "terrible" things can happen. The stains left on your underwear are extremely difficult to get out.
Don't rely JUST on this product to lose weight. You still have to exercise and diet! I've lost 2 of my 7 pounds in the past month...so I'm happy with the results.

I've trained a number of people over the years and have designed all types of customized meal plans for them. The fact of the matter is that even with such personalized attention, discipline, and focus, you always end up hitting a wall. I've recommended Alli to a few of my clients because it is FDA approved. Although they were skeptical in the beginning, they have become the biggest proponents of Alli. It's not a metabolism booster or stimulant like Hydroxycut or those other "diet pills" on the market that give you the jitters or keep you jacked up on caffeine. It will absorb 25% of the fat in your meals and help you lose about 50% more weight than you would lose on your own. If you eat more than 15g of fat per meal, you'll get sick. So it teaches you what your limits are. You must remember that it is a tool to use alongside a regular diet and exercise regimen. Good Luck!
