Customer Review: the only thing that has worked

This product does what it says, blocks the fat. I have never been over weight in my life till the last year or so. I am curvy girl with a thin waist. I have a but and hips always have. But the last 2 years started to pack it on. I tried other diets, even things like P90x and was strict about it, cut out my carbs and everything. Not a damn pound. if fact keep gaining weight. Eventually i just gave up. I work, i go to school, and i am a wife. I am busy! Finally i went swimming suit shopping and for the first time ever i had to buy a non bikini. so depressing. I have friends that have used it and loved. and finally decided to use it. Love it. one week 6 lbs. eating healthy, for the most part, and light exercise. I have some discharge, but now i just hold it. It is gross but works. It is the only thing that has worked. I am hopeful for the first time in long time to reach my healthy weight again soon. I have been on and off Xenical before Allis is available. I was on Xenical because it really works, I was off because it was expensive.
Now comes the Alli - available at the counter & prx is affordable! Yeah!
I tried most of the diet pills/plans on the market for the past 3 years - some gave me headaches, some gave me stomach pain, some made my heart beats really fast, some make me to have diaherra....every sort of side effect you can imagine. Bottom line is - there is no magic to lose weight. If you are on diet pills/plan - one still has to exercise and watch out what you eat. I believe it is a fair statement.
For the side effect - I'd suggest use a panty liner rather than finding spots of orange oil/grease on your panties. I prefer to spend money to buy panty liner rather than taking other diet pills which give me tons of side effect.
If you have been trying so many other diet pills - why not give this a try?

I have been using this product off and on, for over a year now. It helped me to loose 40 pounds within months and maintain it. I have read the reviews, as well as my friends having the same reaction, the orange leakage, problems when going to the bathroom. I have ONLY had this occur a couple times when I did NOT follow the low fat diet for many days and still took Alli. So, IF you are having this problem badly, you are CHEATING. Its NOT a miricle diet drug where you can eat allll day long, whatever you want and loose weight without any issues. Its suppose to assist you to loose weight faster when you follow the diet plan. Now I only have use it to maintain my weight loss. I take it b/4 going out to eat, having a fattening treat at home, etc. Its the BEST! It will help you to loose weight faster when following a healthy, low fat, diet plan. I also cut out carbs, salt and sugar and lost even faster! LOVE THIS PRODUCT! This is a product that requires some planning, and make sure you are prepared to begin. It isn't a fad diet item, this is the real deal. It also has some real side effects that you need to be aware of, and prepared to endure. By itself, this product probably won't do much. Combined with a change of diet, and adding in a decent exercise regime, it does work.
I had become a 244 pound fat boy, and decided to do something about it.
I began working out 35-60 minutes 3 - 4 times a week, changed my eating, snacking, and beer drinking habits. Now, 4 months later, I am at 214 pounds. For the first time ever, my cholesterol level was at normal levels. My Doctor said that the Alli (Orlistat) likely contributed to the drop in my Cholesterol due to its serious fat blocking.
If your truly serious about losing weight, and will change your diet and exercise habits, I recommend Alli 100%. It will work. Though it requires a commitment.

A few years ago, I used another type of fat-blocker (a prescription medicine) which worked fine but made you have to go to the bathroom RIGHT AWAY! There wasn't much time to look for a bathroom if you were out shopping. Alli blocks the fat but doesn't make you have to go to the bathroom immediately, or if it does, it's not "unbearable."
I find that it blocks the fat for me, plus it helps with bowel movements. I know this sounds kind of gross, but it does work! I feel much better when I use Alli after eating a high-fat meal. You can't use it if you're eating raw vegetables (with no dip, etc.) or any non-fat meal. It's not intended for that. Since I don't eat 3 meals a day, the 120-count size bottle lasts longer. You must remember to take it when you begin eating the high-fat meal, or it may not work or it may take much longer for it to work.
I recommend it very much. When I get low on the 120-count size, I'm ordering another.
