This is I think a great product! But it is very critical that you follow the directions about your fat intake because you will have the side effects. It is definiatly not a quick weight lose pill. Excellent product for weight loss. It will get quite a bit of fat out of your system. There is not just one majic bullet though. One must do all the other things also, i.e., exercise, right types of foods, etc.
But, Alli real helps it all go faster than usual.
