Customer Review: The best diet for low fat dieters!

As a bodybuilder, I've always paid attention to eating low fat foods. This diet is the best for people who are knowledgeable about the fat content in foods. It is the only non-appetite suppressant diet that really works. The other diets have caffeine or some stimulant in them that makes me feel wired all day. You learn how to avoid the side affects by focusing on what you're eating, and not eating lots of fatty and greasy foods. I came accross an article that links Alli to
pre-cancerous lesions in the colons of mice.
According to Dr. Sidney M. Wolfe, director of Public
Citizen's Health Research Group, "while it is not
known whether these pre-cancerous lesions will lead to
colon cancer, he and other cancer experts do not
believe use of the weight-loss drug is a risk worth
taking." I agree! I would rather find other ways to
lose weight than risk my life taking Alli!

These pills are amazing. Not only do they help me to make healthy choices, they give quick results. Proof on the scale shows me how effective Alli really is. I recommend this product to any responsible adult. You must follow dosing and eating instructions. I've lost 70 lbs!!!. I've been overweight for the past 20 yrs. I love this product. I've been taking it off and on since it was prescription only. I have the constipation end of IBS and this product is so much better than anything I have taken. I have no insurance so it is nice to know I have access to something that works without a prescription. The only drawback for me is that I need to know where the bathroom is about an hour after taking but that's okay - it's worth it!
