In good faith, I ordered Altoids because I couldn't get that kind in my area. I had previously ordered them from a different vendor (through Amazon) and was very pleased. However, when I opened one of the tins this time, there were Altoids in one big stuck together clump. I tried another tin - more of the same. When I contacted OTCRX4U to complain, I merely received a response that food products could not be returned or refunded even though the entire shipment ($34.85) was defective. The customer rep finally agreed to refund part of my money. I paid to have the item returned and have never received a refund or any acknowledgement that I returned the defective item. This occurred last July and I have since sent them an e-mail - no response. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again!
