I used this product for the first time last night, on my arms only. I went to sleep and thought my 4-year-old daughter had peed in my bed while she was napping. I smelled urine everywhere. Then I realized it was this cream. It reeks. I am not picky at all about fragrances, but I cannot use this stuff.

Description of AmLactin XL Cream, 5.6 Ounces

AmLactin XL Moisturizing Lotion contains Ultraplex formulation, a proprietary blend of alpha-hydroxy moisturizing compounds. AmLactin Cream is a special formulation of 12% lactic acid, neutralized with ammonium hydroxide, to form ammonium lactate that provides a cream pH of 4.5 - 5.5. Lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid, has been reported as an effective, naturally-occurring humectant in the skin. It has beneficial effects on dry, scaly skin and itching associated with this condition
