When I first started getting hot flashes about a year ago I took this product and thought it really didn't do much so I stopped. About 3 months ago they started to get way worse especially at night. I was getting about a dozen hot flashes at night and had pretty much stopped using covers. I decided to give these another shot. After about 2 weeks of taking one of these at dinner, I can honestly say that I am only getting about 2 a night now and they aren't as intense. I have even started using covers again! I am not sure if it is these tablets, but I am not taking the chance of going off again.
