I'm the type of person that ALWAYS reads reviews before buying products. After reading some of the reviews for this flat iron, I decided to give it a try. And I absolutely love it. The price was excellent and worked great. I have VERY curly fine hair, that always frizz in humidity. It laid down my hair beautifully. I uploaded before and after photos. If you have similar hair, I would try the new line from Pantene Pro-V line for curly hair. I used Curls to Straight Shampoo, Dry to Moisturized Conditioner, and Anti-Frizz straightening creme. I was very happy with the result. Hope this helps the other frizzy curly hair people out there. :)Customer Review: Incredible!

A friend of mine had just bought a ceramic flat iron from her stylist for $150.00.
I did not have that kind of money to spend on one, so I tried this one.
WOW.
This did every bit as good a job as her $150.00 iron, for less than 20 bucks!
My normally coarse, wavy, frizzy hair is as smooth as silk. It's flowing, like the hair on the Pantene commercials. I've *never* had results like this with chemical straighteners, the old metal flat irons, or big metal brushes and blow dryers.
If you are looking for a ceramic flat iron, BUY THIS ONE. DO not pay a penny more for the so-called "professional" salon irons!

I have VERY thick, coarse, extremely tight spirally curls. I thought this product was not going to work, a friend from work INSISTED I borrow hers before going and buying the CHI which is what I had intended to do. Let me tell you, she saved me a lot of money. I love this, it works better then any flat iron I have ever owned. Since my hair is so thick and curly I had to blow dry my hair first but I used this iron with some Oil Sheen before straightening and it came out before then at a salon. I would totally recommend this product to friends and family and actually my sister went and got one today after seeing my hair lol.Customer Review: bought for occasional use, works well

I have medium-short, very curly hair. I bought this flat iron after my stylist asked if she could use one on my hair the last time she cut it. I had never flat ironed my hair before but thought it was nice for something different. I like my curls most days and I am not the type of person to spend this much time on my hair everyday (it probably won't take so long once I've practiced), but it is nice to have the option to if I want. I paid $20 for this iron from Amazon and it seems to work well for my occasional use of once or twice per month. For the price, this is a great product. It heats up quickly and does it's job well, whether you want to straighten or curl. I have ample amounts of very fine, straight hair, so I use the iron mostly for curling. It does a fantastic job at curling, way better than any actual curling iron I've used. The curls stay in all day without falling out, as they do with a normal curling iron. I considered buying a more expensive flat iron, but I only only intended to use it about once a week so this product is a fantastic value. With my limited amount of use I will have it for a long, long time.
