This Flat Iron is amazing! I can straighten my hair in less than half the time it took me with my old flat iron, and it is so much more compact and easy to carry along or pack in a suitcase. I used to carry my flat iron with me for touch ups between work and going out, or in case it got humid. I don't even need to take this one with! My hair stays smooth and straight all day! There was even a day last week that it rained and I thought I was in trouble but it stayed straight! I Love it!Customer Review: Works great, without the expensive price

I had been using a 2" flat iron and wanted to switch to a 1", ceramic iron, but didn't want to spend $100+. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money, b/c this one works perfectly! It heats up quickly, irons my hair in no time and I can run it down the length of my hair without hair getting caught. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a flat iron. My mother has an expensive ceramic iron she bought at a salon and this one works just as well. Good buy!Customer Review: Great for AA hair

I bought this Andis Flat Iron years ago when I was relaxed and It's never let me down. It makes great salon quality curls and flips especially for short hairstyles. Now that I'm natural I don't use the flat Iron much but I did use it once to straighten my 4c hair. It did a pretty decent job even though my hair wouldn't stay straight for long. But I'm not sure what heat setting it was on since the dial has broken. I would recommend this for relaxed to looser hair types up to 4a.Customer Review: Great product, good price

I really like this flat iron. The 20 heat settings allow great temperature control. I love that it has an auto-off feature. It heats up fast, has 2 spots on the top that are cooler so you don't burn your fingers pressing it closed tightly. I also like the light that tells you when it's at the right temp. My hair has come out of this thing smooth, not frizzy (my hair is Caucasian but natuarlly curly and frizzes with the slightest humidity).You can't beat the price, either.Customer Review: Great Product!

This is a really great flat iron! This will be my second time buying it. The first one I bought is finally starting to die out after 6 years! I love how tight it is on my hair and it doesn't pull. I had bought 2 different brands and didn't like them because they were very loose and didn't straighten my hair. The only thing that sucks is I got it at wal mart and they don't sell it there anymore and it was maybe $10.00 when I got it but $25.00 is still totally worth it!
