I just received the trimmers today and used them on my nephew. They are definitely better than some of the cheaper ones i have used previously. The shape ups are really nice and clean using these trimmers, they give you a very nice close cut. The reason i didn't give them 5 stars is because they heat up pretty fast, but thats because i did use them for a full hair cut basically. If you are just looking for trimmers for shape ups, beards, and tapers then these are perfect. I will definitely be buying more Andis products in the future.Customer Review: Can't go wrong with ANDIS

I've purchased this trimmer as replacement for my Andis outlinner II that broke (think this one's me).
It cuts as sharp as the old one but doesn't get warm up as quick so overall it's a great trimmer that comes with a variety of attachments combs and the best of all the bear brush that help prevent ingrown hair (dry shaving).
The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to the location of the switch...compared to the old one (located at the top), I've found myself turning it off accidentally.

I use the trimmer to shave, shape-up and/or shave my head. It's GREAT! It is very comfortable - close cuts w/no nicks, cuts, or scratches. Excellent for the neck area (front&back). I use a different brand of clippers when I'm not bald but I can't use them to shave or shape-up b/c the shave isn't close, the blades hurt trying to get a close shave and I cut myself if I'm not careful. My 1st set of Andis clippers broke after 5-6 yrs, but there's no comparison - I had to go back to Andis.Customer Review: yeah right garbgage

These T clippers are pretty nice. They trim up facial hair perfectly. They also work good for trimming up short hair. They get close but not close as a real facial razer. If your trimming up, or looking for a pretty short cut with out having to worry about razer burn these are the T trimmer for you! They do shake pretty hard just fyi, its not terrible to the extent they cant be used but it is noticable and worse than many other trimmers/clippers I have used.
