I like to keep my hair cut short (#2 or #1). I thought that it would save time and money getting a set of clippers that I could use at home. These clippers work great. I buzz cut my hair with these clippers, and my wife does touch up and trim with the trimmers. The clippers get a little warm by the time I am done buzzing my hair, but not hot. I have not experienced any pulling of my hair or nicking with these clippers. For the money, I feel that these are a really good value.Customer Review: OK clipper/trimmer set

Bought this set as hopefully an upgrade to a lower end set bought in store for much less. I have been a little disappointed. While this clipper is somewhat quieter and feels better made, the performance is lacking. Does not cut and better and is a little rougher on the scalp than other cheaper clipper by a different brand. I bought these clippers for my wife to shear me off monthly. I do not have that much hair these days. The clippers work great and have no problem clipping off the wiry great strays the old clippers left. The blades got a little hot before I remembered to use a drop of 3-in-1 oil before each use. This product performs great especially for the price. The trimmers might not cut as close as one might expect and for that reason I would still recommend keeping some small edgers around for detailed facial hair. Im a professional Barber and these clippers are as good as it gets for the price. They dont heat up quick, are lightweight and very quiet. I use them on a daily basis and they are an excellent back up pair to your master clippers.
