As mentioned before the top is a little hard to get off, but in reality you aren't taking the top off every day.
You would only take it off when you refill vitamins or the first time you fill your vitamins.
The only annoying thing is if you drop the vitamin in the wrong slot by accident, it is a little hard to get out especially if you already started filling the other slots. Other than that, this is worth the money and has definitely saved me a ton of counter space.
I do wish the item came with some extra labels as I'm not sure where to go about getting the same labels if I need more or mess up one or two as I already did.
I'm happy with my purchase! This is the only item (the other vitamin holders are dispensers) I could find that held six "vitamins" and held a good amount of each one.
