The traction side of the pillow pulls too much to be helpful for me, but the other side started helping the first night that I tried it. After weeks of waking with a terrible headache and nausea, I was resolved to never sleeping decently again. This pillow gave me my first night of sleep without feeling much worse in the morning. I can't sleep without it and need to buy another to have as a spare. For me it was worth every penny. The traction side might be a little more effective if it was slightly softer, maybe it would have worked for me. The non-traction side is good enough for me.Customer Review: A Pleasant Surprise

Cervical Linear Traction Neck Pillow
I happened to come across this product while looking for something else. I have major unfixable problems with my cervical spine and I have vainly bought several neck products that look good but don't work. The bedroom is littered with pillow combinations and products. Much to my surprise, this pillow works great. I no longer wake up in stiffness and pain. It is now my permanent pillow. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

The first time I lay on the pillow, I could actually feel my sinuses drain immediately. My breathing during the night has improved substantially.
Most importantly, the effect it has on my neck pain has been dramatic. I wake up with my neck completely relaxed. I am sleeping better than I have in months. My range of motion has improved. Everything just feels better.
Another great thing about this pillow is its standard size and shape. It actually looks like a "normal" pillow on the bed (unlike all the other neck pillows I have tried).

I've suffered with neck pain for years and bought just about every cervical pillow known to man. This pillow is a perfect fit. It maintains proper alignment of my head and neck so that I am able to relax, fall asleep, and wake up without neck stiffness or headaches. It is much more comfortable than other pillows that I've owned. It is not as "hard" as some, yet it maintains its shape and cervical support for well over a year before needing replaced. Works well for back or side sleepers. The price might seem daunting, but it is well worth every penny.Customer Review: The perfect pillow!

I had significant neck pain due to extended computer reading. While taking physical therepy it was recommended that I invest in a supportive pillow. Gave this pillow a try and it is great! Support the head in such a way that I get a good night sleep and wake up without any discomfort. It does take a while to get used to, as other reviewers have noted. Liked it so much that I bought another and had it shipped to my mother's so that I had it when I visited the last time. Highly recommend this pillow if you need night time neck support.
