I had very serious childhood asthma during my younger days. Today, I manage to recover from it and I am now doing marathon races annually. Currently, I still continue to monitor my asthma just in case of a relapse. One effective way to monitor would be the use of this peakflow meter. It is a very lightweight handy tool to monitor my asthma.
Since it requires no battery, it is a hasslefree & maintenance free tool. Get it if you seek a reliable and trouble-free way to keep your asthma in check.

AsthmaMentor's unique features make the most of the time you have with your patients. The exclusive built-in AutoZone System automatically calculates green, yellow, and red zones when the top of the color bar is set at a patient's personal best or predicted average PEFR. The Asthma Action Plan Sticker, which provides color-coded areas where you can write medication instructions, can be affixed to the back of the meter.
