Down here in SW Florida, I'm an iced coffee drinker. So for years I've been starting my day with the atkins milk chocolate shake mixed (roughly 1 to 2 proportions) w/ iced coffee. The shake by itself I find not very tasty, but with iced coffee it's sort of like a Cafe Mocha, and it really helps with the blood sugar start for the day. Depending on the coffee, I add one splenda, but always served very cold. It's great for a mom-on-the-run. Customer Review: Love em!

I love these shakes. I've lost over 40 pounds on a low carb diet. I'm not a big breakfast eater so I just have one of these for breakfast and off I go! I can drink it on the way to work or while watching the news in the morning! I personally think they taste great. It even satisfies my cravings for chocolate in the evening without totally blowing my diet! The dark chocolate delight shake is also very good...Customer Review: "New & Improved" taste - NOT!

I was a faithful user of the Atkins shakes until they changed the formula a few months ago. I don't know if it's the switch to soy milk or what, but it tastes absolutely disgusting now. It doesn't taste like chocolate! The old ones tasted just like a real chocolate shake and were wonderful. What a disappointment...I won't be buying these anymore until they change back to a better formula.
