I love these shakes. I've lost over 40 pounds on a low carb diet. I'm not a big breakfast eater so I just have one of these for breakfast and off I go! I can drink it on the way to work or while watching the news in the morning! I personally think they taste great. I drink this shake more than any other protein shake. I like to add it to a blender of ice and make ice cream. It is a very good low calorie meal replacement that satifies that ice cream craving. Sometimes I do drink it chilled as a meal supplement as well when I am in a hurry and don't have time for preparing food to chew. I was a faithful user of the Atkins shakes until they changed the formula a few months ago. I don't know if it's the switch to soy milk or what, but it tastes absolutely disgusting now. It doesn't taste like chocolate! The old ones tasted just like a real chocolate shake and were wonderful. What a disappointment...I won't be buying these anymore until they change back to a better formula.Customer Review: Amazing

Been buying this product from local stores, their prices have just gotten so high, much cheaper to buy on here and with Prime Shipping shipping is free! Comes straight to my door! I have made these shakes a part of my eveyday morning breakfast. I add a few other things with it and it takes me through the day. sometimes I only eat one light meal the rest of the day. they keep your blood
sugar level from going up and down so you really never get hungry. They are a the best on the market.
