The Atomic Clock works very nicely. It provides the Day, Date and Time in a large enough display that can easily be viewed during daylight hours. The one Major Improvement needed for this item would be a backlight display, or better yet a fulltime backlit display. At evening and night time hours the display is difficult, at best, to read. This one improvement alone could put this product 'over-the-top' in it's category.Customer Review: Large readable numbers for time and date.

I bought this clock for my husband who has trouble seeing a normal size clock and with keeping track of what date it is. It works well for that. My only complaint is that the piece meant for a stand on the back of the clock (if you don't want to hang it) is very flimsy and broke within a week. Also, the numbers on the date are a little close together, making it a little more difficult to read. Overall a good buy.Customer Review: Atomic Clock with day/date

My Mom is 91 and sometimes forgets what day of the week it is, this is very important as her medicine is placed in a weekly container by day. She now knows what day, what date and what time it is :in large easy to read characters. It automatically/atomically reset when DST ceased. It also looks great above her TV sitting atop the digital converter cable box which has the same metallic finish.Customer Review: Great clock

I bought this for my mother who cannot remember the date or day of the week. I chose it because it gives both. She LOVES it. The numbers are large so she can see it from anywhere in the room and it is attractive as well. It keeps time well because it is atomic so I don't have to worry about whether she has the correct time. I bought this for my mother who is 93 and who has severe problems with her memory. This product has turned out to be everything that I had hoped for and more. She has found it to be very helpful in keeping her days and dates straight. The product looks very nice in her living room. And, most important of all, SHE LIKES THE PRODUCT for all the reasons above.
