I have no problem with Aveda Shampure Shampoo which is an excellent product and I would rate the product five stars without hesitation.
However, Amazon's method of shipping this product leaves much to be desired. Appearently there was no safety seal on the bottle and someone put a piece of scotch tape on top to keep it from leaking. I found this lovely surprise by my door in a mail crate used to contain the leaking mess. The package was soaked through and inside I found pieces of the exploded bottle cap (with scotch tape on top), the nearly empty bottle and of course the sticky shampoo mess.
