I ordered this for my Grandmother who has terminal cancer and has developed lymphadema as a result in both legs. She loves this and it has been a great help. This is one of the few that includes the pillow cover instead of a separate cost. A great savings compared to retail medical supply stores. She is in hospice and now they say they will get one for elevation of her head at night to assist with breathing otherwise I would order another one. Product is as described. Works well for me. With the elevation provided it has helped me to breathe better while sleeping and has helped quiet my snoring. My wife says that she hasn't noticed my snoring since I started using it. It does take getting used to turning on your side when sleeping on a wedge. I ordered the wedge to replace one that I have used for a number of years. It was sent in a timely manner, and was in good condition.
