I'd say people are very delirious and following media hype of this product with their reviews. The product, when sat in its tube. In a room temperature environment (as it is supposed to do) separates itself into one part sticky clear oil, and another part the white/tan paste. The two ingredients do not work together as a whole entity and makes a mess on your hands and on the baby. I have yet to see it work for a diaper rash, mild or moderate... and it smells to high heaven. I prefer good old fasioned, orange A&D Ointment.... Clears diaper rash up in an hour for good.Customer Review: Great diaper cream!!

My baby is almost 3 months old and has been using this cream on a daily basis to prevent a diaper rash. I don't put it on her at every diaper change, maybe a few out of 7-8 changes a day. And she has not had any rash so far!! I love the texture as well. I feel it is just right. Not too thin so that it comes off easily when she pees or not too thick so that it is hard to wipe off.
I also have the natural version of the same paste.
But I find this to be a bit too runny and greasy, although I love the fact that it is made of natural ingredients.

My 3 week old son came home from the hospital with a terrible raw spot on his bottom from too much pooping and wiping. We tried balmex and desitin both for a week and saw no change. We then switched to the butt paste and it cleared up right away! It has a great consistency, very smooth and not real thick and creamy, and a very surprisingly nice scent. My sons doctor even recommends this cream. Very good product that I wouldn't go without!Customer Review: Yuck

This stuff smells really bad! I am usually not one to discontinue use of a product because of something like this, but seriously it stinks. It is also VERY thick and difficult to get onto a little bottom. It is also difficult to get off of your hands when you are done. I now use Desitin as it works great and there is no yucky smell that comes along with it.Customer Review: Works like a charm

My daughter is just about 9 months old, she had a rash that would not go away, we tried all the creams, finally I tried the Boudreaux's and her rash cleared right up. There is nothing worse than seeing your little baby girl with a rash and seeing nothing work. I am so happy with this product, it saved the day, now my little girl is back to all smiles.
